We were scheduled for vacation and, wouldn't you know it... right before we were to leave, our AC quit. St. Louis in August... need I say more? Bottom line - we had never heard of C & S before, but after looking into the company we decided that they were probably going to be a good company to deal with. We called, they showed up and outlined what steps needed to be done. We left the AC turned on while we were gone (12 days) in order for the dye put into the system to show where the actual problem(s) might be. When we got back... again, St. Louis in August... it was hot! Our system was Lennox and it took about a week to get a replacement A-Coil and a few hours to install. Immediate relief! The best part, it that the total cost was quite a bit less than we had feared it might be. Quick response, accurate diagnosis of the problem and effective replacement of worn-out part. So happy that we decided to purchase the yearly inspection program - in order to keep everything running the way it should. Thanks C & S!
